Hope everyone is doing well. I'm hanging in there. Last night I came home from work and immediately started working on the commissioned holiday card. I was so excited as it started to take shape. I just couldn't stop. The actual card will stay private, but maybe down the road I will post a portion of it. It has business information on there, and no offense, but it is not something I am putting out here for all to see. No, it's not because I have a fake job. LOL It's because of the little troll who lurks. I spent several hours working on it and then forwarded it to the Marketing Manager at work. After I sent it on, I felt exhausted. I was in bed early and slept until late this morning. Surely it was a combination of all the excitement and adrenaline followed by the let down of it being done. Ok, and staying up until un-Godly hours watching my boys out on the West Coast doesn't help.
My manager replied, and we tweaked it a bit earlier today. I love it and hope that management and those that receive it like it just as much. She hasn't responded since I sent the update but hopefully it will do and we can get it out early this week.
Today I spent the day shopping. It was a chilly damp day but I had to get some more shopping done. I'm getting there and just have a few more items to pick up. I think anyway! Got home in time for dinner and I was chilled to the bone. I was shivering and drinking tea but couldn't get warm. It took what seemed like hours before my body relaxed and got toasty. I have to go out again tomorrow, GRRR maybe the stores won't be crowded with the football game on. LMAO yeah right! I have to run to get dinner gift cards, coffee coupons, gas cards, and then off to the drug store for additional stocking stuffers. I've been trying to do that for days, but just have not gotten to it. With any luck I will tomorrow. Then guess what.. LOL I have to wrap it all! OMG!!! I should wrap as I buy but I never learn. How is everyone doing on their shopping? Done? Wrapped? Even start?
Going to go lay on the couch and pay attention to the boys for a bit. Doubt I will stay up for the entire game, it didn't even start until 10:30 my time. I hate west coast games! Love getting to see the teams, but damn I hate the start time.

~ The View ~
Evenin! As you can tell I was able to get some pictures of the skyline. Unfortunately, the building I was in was really not high enough to get over the buildings in front/along side. I thought the view was a bit different and some shots that I have do show the roofs of the buildings in front of me. It doesn't look 'pretty', but I thought it looked kind of cool. The smoke stack grabbed my eye for whatever reason so I left it. I do have a few that I think I can use for the purpose that was intended, we'll see. I am really excited about how the holiday card is coming together. I should have it done by Monday and it will no doubt go out shortly there after.
It's late, and my boys are getting spanked so I'm off to bed. Hope everyone had a great day.... and I wish you all a wonderful Friday!

Well, some of you have noticed that my troll has reared the ugly head once again. Taking time to liter my journal with nonsense comments and bull shit. It was so nice these past several weeks, almost months, that they were gone. No nonsense no drama. ::sigh:: I appreciate the comments and private emails regarding the matter. I've deleted and blocked, but the name changes as fast as I do it. It's sad really.
I also want to take a minute and say thank you to all those that not only request my tags, but read and comment on my regular entries. It's so nice to get to know you and know you're here for more then just a tag :) Thank you!
