~ AOL Community Photo Challenge ~

This weeks theme is up and out.  Check it out over at Marie's.  She has broken the categories down into Amateur and Advanced.  I'll be a judge this time, so I won't be eligible, but I figured 'what the heck.'

***UPDATE** I was told by Marie that I can't enter Amateur, but I can enter Advanced.... so again what the heck!?!

A shot I took looking down Main St when I was out shooting for the holiday card I did.  It was a Saturday so it looks pretty empty....  and since the 'train/subway' (and I use that term loosely) goes down the middle of the street there are no cars allowed.

It looks very peaceful...  Pretty rare, to find peace on downtown Main Street!  I almost expect to see a horse drawn sleigh approaching..  Not sure why.  Just seems Christmasy.  Love it!

This is awesome, you really have the "eye" for seeing things in a special way, that others would overlook.  I love it!

That's a nice shot, Donna. Mind you, I've been to cities where trams freely mingle with the rest of the traffic lol

Nicely done, Donna - but not a hockey puck or Sabres banner in sight!  Thanks for choosing such a wonderful theme and allowing us all to travel far and wide without leaving our computer chairs!
