~ Update ~

Jay is hanging his head.  Not sure if he feels bad, or feels bad for being busted.  Seems he isn't as close to me as he is to Marie over at Photographs Memories too.  She left the comment below on my entry about Jay......

yeah yeah yeah....he doesn't fool me!
Yes, you got a few nice shots....but he's still mean & nasty to me...Ü
I'll never trust Jay again.....watch your back!

... scratching my head I wondered whatever she was talking about.  Jay looked handsome.  Posing for me, chest feathers blowing in the wind.  Not a care in world.  Leading me on like I was the one, the only one.   Apparently things are a bit different when you're at a little bit of a distance.  Watch my back I will.  I'm heart broken, the two timing bastard!!!  You may be handsome, cute, irresistible, but I now know better.  Or is that fling over?  Have things changed?  I am so confused.  ::sniffle sniffle:::

LOL I love this pic, and may I save it? He looks like our baby hehehehe
we have a wild blue jay as a pet yeppers, he fell out of the tree in the back yard right out of the egg just about.  I hand fed him and everything, He sits in a cage now in our living room, and yes he can sure as heck be mean hehehehehe when I got him on the ground the parents got me on the top of my head and had it bleeding, but coulnd't leave it there as there are tons of wild cats around here and it would have surely been killed, there were other babies and we got them all, but all died but the one we had. So, we love him to death and he is funny to watch and hear him. Thanks for sharing the pic. The Jay is a good boy. LOL really he is!!
Have a great night

I have some REAL sad news for ya.    He comes to my little house out back often, and he's never alone, if you know what I mean.   Yep.   Mrs. Jay.

You know what...?  Something to told me to come here and I would feel better.  Earlier today, two grackles were fighting over a piece of bread that Ma had thrown in the yard.  A Jay swooped down and flew off with it leaving the grackles wondering what had happened!  I laughed.
So I come here to find a BEAUTIFUL shot of a Jay.  I am more familiar with Jays than one might think.  I know how difficult a shot like this IS.
Just BEAUTIFUL.

You watch out for that two timing Jay bird.  And remember, Jays, no matter their beautiful color and cutesy little antics are really just colorful seagulls.  Well, in my neck of the woods that's how we think of them.  ;)
