~ An Angel Went Home Today ~

                  DsDesignsStormsofLife.gif picture by 55hockeyfan

I know most of you probably already know, but Penny was called home this morning.  She battled several storms in her life and handled them with the grace of an angel and the strength of a warrior.  Today it was decided she was needed in a better place.   My heart and thoughts go out to her family and friends.  It's a sad day.  She brightened JLand and our lives.  Penny you will be missed.

Oh my.  I didn't know Penny but I just went and read over her journal.  She was so young and so full of life.  :(  But it certainly seemed as if she was ready to go, spiritually.  That should make her family feel so much better....

I tell ya, Donna, damn cancer!

If it's physically possible to hate/despise a disease, I feel that way about cancer.

Thanks for introducing me to Penny.  She's touched me, even though I didn't know her in life.

XOXO,
bridgett

My heart goes out to Penny's family and friends. Terri and I have sat here and cried together as soon as we heard of her passing. I had been reading Penny's journal for more than a year and sadly I had never commented. She has touched my life so deeply and I had never let her know and it saddens me to think I didn't reach out to her and let her know that she was a special part of my life. My heart goes out to anyone who has lost a loved one no matter how God chose to call them home as his Angels. May she Rest in Peace.
Hugs
