I hope everyone had a fabulous Saturday!! My day was filled with this and that. This evening my house is filled with luscious smells of what will be part of brunch tomorrow. My sister has started preparing a few things and let me tell you my tummy is growling in anticipation. Sausage for the egg dish has been browned and the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture has been melted and poured over the raisin bread to sit in the fridge overnight.
Tomorrow the family with gather at my sisters for brunch and celebration. I'm looking forward to it. My son and his girlfriend will make an appearance but they have dinner with her grandmother at 1 so they won't be around long.
I hope everyone enjoys their Sunday, celebrating or not. Wishing you all a very Happy Easter.
