Who Gets Crosby?

The Entry Draft will be held next Thursday.  The decision was made to do a weighted lottery.  Each team will start with 3 balls.  For each appearance in the playoffs over the past 3 years a team will lose 1 ball.  Any number 1 picks in the last 4 years a ball is lost.  Each team is guaranteed at least 1 ball.
