And apparently I am the cause of it all. Since I get mail from tons of different folks, and new names all the time because of the groups I'm in, I just read through the 300+ I might get in a day. I'm not paranoid so I don't scan each email address to try and determine who it is, half the time I don't know the name anyhow, but I guess this is inviting it. I guess since my physic powers don't work and I can't block a new cowardly name from my journal before it posts the BS, I am inviting it and thriving on it. Since AOL does nothing but send out a canned letter if you even send them the BS, I am inviting it, thriving on it, and enjoying it. Sounds just like me doesn't it?
Over the past week or so I've ignored a lot of bullshit, but this weekend took the cake. I've been accused in subtle and not subtle ways of stealing graphics and claiming them as my own. I've been accused of copying others work to 'try' and keep up with them. I've been informed over and over why I wasn't given the best animation Vivi. Like that was my life long goal. Hmmm sounds like someone thinks I suck at my hobby. Yet this weekend I got such a compliment for my hobby. Imagine that!? Now I'm so good at what I play around with I actually manipulated photo's and video to make it appear the snow was bad so I'd get attention. WTF!?! Watch the freaking news!! Click on www.weatherchannel.com I've made no secret about where I am located. Hell, I've even posted links to local news channels. Why the hell would I make up anything about weather? Something so easy to check on? Why would I make up anything I put in my journal, such as a dog birthday party? For attention? Oh pallease!!
Well, I've had it. I'm so full of drama I can't stand myself. Maybe that is why I'm doing this entry. Attention, ya know? Actually, I've been contemplating just closing shop and moving on to something else. I've contemplated just going private. Not to hide my graphics, but to keep some out so not to scrutinize each and every entry, each and every graphic, to question what is true and what I might have made up. To leave ludicrous comments, send ludicrous emails to myself or others. Do I want to? No. I don't want to give in to such cowardly acts. Will I? I haven't decided, but I wanted to give you a heads up if my entries get sporadic, if all of a sudden you get a 'gone private' alert. I'm not doing this entry for the 'drama', though some will think that. I'm not doing it for the comments or attention, though some will think that, and I'm not doing the entry to point at anyone, but oh you can bet your last dollar some will think that too. I'm doing it because it's my journal and I am so freaking tired of the bullshit. I have enough shit in my real life, and no it's not made up, I don't need it here too. Cripes this is suppose to be fun!!!
So sorry to cause additional drama, but I had to get it off my chest and put some kind of explanation out here just in case. I know me and I will make a decision and just do it. Hugs to all of you and thank you so much for all you do for me!
If you take the time to check out my weather you'll see it's freezing here. The snow has moved south, but not before dumping more today. Schools are closing left and right, more because of the cold in my town, but some because of the continued snow. I'm off to climb in bed and get some sleep. I do have to work in the am. Be good ya'll

Donna, drama sucks whether it is in real life or in J-land. I love all the graphics that you do. I don't know who is directing nasty comments toward you- but whomever they may be must be complaining about your work because they are unable to duplicate such beautiful work??? I don't know. Just a guess. The shots of the bad weather were awesome. The video was fabulous! WTF was their problem?? You know, I have something to say to the person or persons accusing you of "copying someone else's work". Oh ye who is without sin amongst you- go ahead and throw the first stone. In other words (my own words): JUST SHUT UP.

Annoying as those kind of people are, you hate to let them win.... I know it is hard, and I'm not sure I could, but ignore them! We all have these kinds of people occasionally. I know it is why I try very hard not to mention anything by name. I always say 'The tech place" instead of Best Buy or CompUSA... and that I worked for a traveling show instead of giving the name of the actual circus because I don't want the 'haters' to have things to latch onto. YOU make beautiful graphics and a lot of us would really miss you if you went away. That being said, I also would completely understand if you were just tired of dealing with it. I've seen it happen to others!

Awww comeon, you know it's really 90 degrees and sunny where you are right?! What? It isn't when you are only 2 hours from my house where it is about 10 degrees out?! Hmmm, weird. KIDDING!! As you know I have dealt with my fair share of "trolls" as I like to call them that purposely leave rude comments in journals or send private emails out to get a rise out of you. I wouldn't even bother going private because you know what? They can find you anyway if they have a "friend" who still reads and wants to copy and paste your entire entry to send to them each day, which they do!! Some people have nothing better to do and that is sad. I am happy that your life is full and my life is full where we don't have to sit here on our "lazy asses" and just try to make others miserable. Don't even try to understand them, it's not worth it.

Your graphics rock hun. They always have and they always will. Anyone who criticizes the work of someone with the same hobby is a moron! It's like me attacking someone for being a great singer! I look at some of these great singers in awe. I don't attack them just because I think they're better than me, but ya know, that's what's happening here. You're SUCH a HUGE threat to someone who ONLY has this hobby to think about, that they wanna make you feel like crap so that you quit. This is EXACTLY what they want, so don't give it to them. Also, anyone who 'relays' messages to you should grow up too. I understand if they wanna make you aware about something, but that's half of the problem. Whoever is causing you grief knows that it will get back to you somehow, so your true friends need to stop playing piggy in the middle and realise what they're doing!
