Mother Nature can't decide what kind of flakes she wants to drop. One minute they are huge big flakes, the next they are slivers of glitter. They are saying the snow band is breaking up, but it is expected to continue to snow through the day. This footage is from earlier this morning but it will give you taste of winter. Feel free to click on the link :)
No schools are closed, and yes I have to work. To answer a few questions, if I had off they would announce it on the news just like they do school closings. Another dead give away would be a driving ban. Neither which has happened so I'm off to the office.
Have great day!

Have a good day, Donna, and be careful on those roads
Uggggh, sorry you have to drive in that stuff. I remember the days when I had to do the same, no fun at all! Wish we had that snow though. :(
Hugs and love,

i watched that whole video. I just drove home in a damn white out! I could not see ANYTHING, including the road, going 20 MPH and riding that brake. Slid thru every intersection and ignored the stop signs. Then i drove Meg and Chad to school and it was a zoo. Rick, Mr. "I dont have to work, i get unemployment" is still in his warm bed and has not had to deal with any of this shit.
So, we have the same snow you do. Be safe my friend.

oh no that doesn't look like any fun take care and be safe, MISSY
I have to work no matter how deep the snow gets. They come get me in snow mobiles if they have to. Thats the bad thing about nursing. I love the way the weather people always stand out in the worst weather to report it, LOL. Drive carefully.

wow that is a bit of snow there
Take care, Where I live in the uk things would have ground to a standstill with that amount of snow. We just can not cope with it. Love Pat x
LOL, that sure puts things in perspective. We had a mere 2-3 inches, and suddenly it doesn't seem like much. Too bad, though, that it didn't at least buy you a day off.

What a winter. Looks like it is hitting a lot of places hard. I kind of miss the white stuff but don't think I would want it day after day. We are having rain agian out here. We need it so I won't complain. The news says we have been in a drought for 14 years now. I am not sure what constitutes a drought unless they use water table levels. I know we have had some very wet years during the last 14 years.
be careful I hate driving especially in the snow V
just a test
