Sadness

                                       

I knew the other day that Lindy Ruff, the coach of the Buffalo Sabres, was not at practice for personal reasons.  There was mention he may not be at the game today.  He was there, so I had thought all was ok.  I just learned that the reason he left practice was that Doctors have found a mass on the brain of his 11 year old daughter.  My heart aches for the family.  For all the good things that have happened to this man this year it can all be wiped away with this single episode.  No further details have been released at this point.  I hope an Angel will look down on them.
